As managing partner of the firm in Miami, Jordi Guso also practices in the areas of commercial bankruptcy, workouts, financial restructuring, distressed M&A and commercial litigation. He frequently represents financially distressed businesses in restructuring in a variety of industries, including aviation, construction, hospitality, retail, casual dining and real estate. Among others, recent highlights include Chapter 11 reorganizations of large pharmaceutical, construction management and restaurant operations. Guso, for more than a decade, has served on the board of Legal Services of Greater Miami, including board presidency.
