Robert Grammig is the firm’s global chair and CEO, assuming that role in April 2024, while also a partner in the Tampa office. Formerly, he headed the firm’s Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group, spending 40-plus years in public company mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate governance, general corporate law, and international business transactions. He has devoted a large part of his practice to representing both U.S. and foreign entities, including significant transactions in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Grammig was chair of the Florida Chamber of Commerce and currently chairs the Florida Chamber’s International Business Council.
