Ronald Gilbert has carved out a substantial niche in medical malpractice law. He maintains a complex litigation caseload while also managing the Orlando personal injury firm. He is a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America — with fewer than 0.5 percent of lawyers receiving that invitation — and he is a member of the American Association for Justice’s Professional Negligence Section. Civically, he has served on the board for the University of Central Florida’s Dean of the College of Community Innovation and Education Advisory Council. Also, he frequently lectures at UCF on medical negligence and civil litigation.
