Amanda Fernandez is managing partner of the firm in Miami, which specializes in commercial and international litigation, among other areas. Her practice focuses on complex business matters, securities litigation and cross-border disputes. Fernandez was a key member of the legal team representing Craig Steven Wright in a $600 billion trial involving Bitcoin ownership rights. She is president-elect of the Cuban American Bar Association and president of CABA Pro Bono. Further, Fernandez is a past chair of the Florida Bar Business Law Section’s Business Litigation Committee and the Uniform Commercial Real Estate Receivership Act Task Force.
