As the Miami office managing partner, Tim Ferguson heads the toxic tort and products liability team of the national defense law firm. Ferguson has defended liability claims through trial for some of the world’s largest product, equipment and chemical manufacturers. He has obtained favorable verdicts in catastrophic injury commercial trucking cases, and represented and defended construction defect litigation claims. Ferguson also guides the firm’s cannabis practice and has leadership positions in the DRI Cannabis Law section. In the community, he is serving his fifth term as treasurer of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of South Florida.
