Michelle Diffenderfer began her career with the West Palm Beach firm 29 years ago, advancing from law clerk to president. She is the first female president and third female shareholder for the firm, whose practice areas encompass land, water and government. She is co-founder of Girls II Women, a nonprofit that mentors girls in underserved communities Also, she was chair of Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches and co-chaired the chamber’s Water Task Force. Among others, she has provided pro bono legal services to Bethesda-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church, where she also was a Sunday School teacher and lector.
