As the Tampa firm’s managing shareholder, Nelson Castellano oversees the executive board and administrative departments. Castellano provides clients with insight about emerging growth and middle market companies, capital-raising transactions, business formation, and more. He is actively involved with growth and tech-enabled companies and worked on billions of dollars of corporate transactions. Community activities include supporting organizations such as the Florida Venture Forum and Tampa Bay Wave. He is vice chair of both Junior Achievement Tampa Bay and ZooTampa at Lowry Park.
