Amanda Buffinton was elected managing partner of the firm’s Tampa office in 2024, becoming the firm’s first woman to serve in that role. Board certified in construction law, she is a member of the firm’s Construction Litigation Practice Group, specializing in the litigation and arbitration of complex construction claims in both jury and non jury trials. She is a member of Florida Bar Association Real Property Probate & Trust Law Division and served on its Construction Law Committee. Also, through her leadership, the Tampa office is the highest contributor of pro bono hours across the firm.
