Peter Bernhardt has been the managing member of the firm’s West Palm Beach office since October 2024. He is experienced in all areas of commercial and business litigation, focusing on complex commercial litigation matters, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in contract and partnership disputes, and more. He has extensive experience representing local and national lenders in loan restructuring, foreclosures and receiverships, among others. Also, Bernhardt provides general business advice and serves as outside general counsel to a number of companies. In the past, that work has involved several players on the PGA and Champions Golf tours.
