With more than 20 years of experience, Michael Archibald is a shareholder in the firm’s Casualty Department and the managing attorney of the Tampa office. His practice areas encompass a host of specialties in liability law (including product, automotive, premises and retail), where he represents some of the nation’s largest insurance carriers and their insureds. In addition, as a former public defender, he has successfully represented clients in both routine and complex litigation. Archibald served in the U.S. Marine Corps, taught classes and seminars at a Florida claims symposium and has published articles.
