Joanna Weiss is the chief financial officer of Moffitt Cancer Center. She oversees all financial operations including accounting, payroll/tax, research finance, financial analysis and forecasting, capital and debt, supply chain, payer strategies and revenue cycle. She joined Moffitt in 2006 and has held several leadership positions, including director of Internal Audit, vice president of Revenue Cycle management, vice president of Finance and senior vice president of Finance. Previously, she worked for PSCU Financial Services and EY. She holds a bachelor's in business administration from Auburn University and a master's in health administration from Florida Atlantic University. She is a certified public accountant.
