Kim Israel co-leads the Jacksonville and Fort Lauderdale offices of McGlinchey, a midsize, national business-law firm. She leads the financial services litigation practice group, manages teams of attorneys, and values efficiency and economy. She advocates for companies and individuals in civil and commercial matters. Her practice also embraces maritime law, insurance defense and personal injury. Israel received the Florida Association for Women Lawyers 2023 President’s Award. She is a mentor to young attorneys whom she encourages to find a healthy work-life balance.
