Since March 2021 Ryan Quinn has been general counsel at PGT Innovations, a maker of custom windows and doors with 5,500 employees. He advises company leadership on contract negotiations, compliance reporting, public policy, corporate governance, M&A matters, the strategic rationale for acquisitions and risk allocation. Quinn also maintains a network of outside counsel. As the first in-house general counsel at PGTI in five years, he oversees legal issues for all departments and is overhauling the company’s annual proxy statement to make it compliant with new disclosure requirements and easier to understand. Quinn is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
