Certified by the Florida Bar both as a civil trial lawyer and business litigation attorney, David Simmons is a founding partner of DSK Law, a Central Florida business and insurance law firm with 55 attorneys. He has 46 years of legal experience and as financial managing partner is responsible for the practice overall, including management and day-to-day operations. In 2010 he was elected to the Florida Senate, where he served for 10 years; he was instrumental in drafting the Stand Your Ground bill, which has been adopted nationwide.
