In addition to co-managing the Fort Lauderdale office of Lewis Brisbois, a national firm, Michael Platner manages the Nashville office, chairs the national corporate practice, co-chairs the securities and corporate finance practice and is on the compensation committee. He speaks widely on applying merger & acquisition and partnering strategies to create value and to reduce or eliminate conflict. During the COVID-19 pandemic, his leadership provided support and guidance. His pro bono work includes mentoring early-stage businesses.
