The pandemic marked the start of Eric Ostroff’s tenure as managing partner, and he well-positioned the firm, doubling the number of attorneys, growing office space in downtown Miami and emphasizing technology. Ostroff promotes mentorship at the firm and provides pro bono services for nonprofit law firm Legal Services of Greater Miami. As well as managing partner, Ostroff is chair of the trade secrets and IP group and holds a leadership position on the steering committee of the Sedona Conference working group on trade secrets.
