Jack McElroy is firmwide managing partner of Shutts & Bowen with its 300 attorneys, eight Florida offices and 100-plus years in business. He oversees operations, strategy, business development and public relations; he helps set attorney compensation and billing rates. Shutts gives credit for pro bono service, and in 2022 its attorneys donated 1,991 hours – $918,854 in billable hours. McElroy fosters a diverse workforce and belongs to the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, made up of 400-plus corporate officers and law firm partners.
