James Haliczer is co-founder and managing partner of Florida catastrophic injury law firm HPS, with offices in Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. After more than two decades of defending insurance companies, in 2017 the firm refocused, “switched sides” and began to represent plaintiffs in medical malpractice, wrongful death and personal injury litigation matters. Rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, Haliczer is a past chair of the Florida Bar grievance committee and served on the board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Broward County.
