She supervises operations, manages the hiring process, delegates responsibilities to employees, writes policies and procedures, and represents the firm at events – also she has her own caseload of clients. Fine is a founding member of the Eighth Judicial Circuit child advocacy center, president of Friends of Music of the University of Florida and vice president at the Alachua County Humane Society.
