ProVise Management Group named Eric Ebbert [center], CFP®, MBA as CEO, replacing Ray Ferrara, CFP®. Ferrara will remain as Executive Chair and Chief Compliance Officer.

Succeeding Ebbert as President is Jon Brethauer [right], CFP®, AIF®, CPFA, MBA. Brethauer has been Executive Vice President for the past three years and oversees the Retirement Plan Division, serving over 1,500 participants.

Shane O'Hara [left], CFP® was also named Executive Vice President. Shane is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and holds a Series 7 FINRA General Securities Representative License. Shane is also an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR).
