Rich Petitt has joined Homes by WestBay as its in-house General Counsel, overseeing risk management, litigation, and business and contractual matters for the company. Petitt brings nearly 30 years of experience in a variety of disciplines including real estate law, construction law, and commercial litigation. He was previously Managing Partner with Petitt PLLC in Tampa.
