The on-again, off-again expansion of Jacksonville International Airport is getting a fresh look as "revenge travelers" are spurring a faster than expected return to planes.
The Jacksonville Aviation Authority hit the brakes in March 2020 on designing a third concourse that would enable Jacksonville to attract more flights and destinations, but the authority is poised to put $3 million into finishing the design over the next year.
