Connecting Everyone with Second Chances , Tallahassee

Connecting Everyone with Second Chances (CESC) has appointed Samantha Vance as CEO of the organization. She will oversee The Kearney Center and other CESC programs designed to end homelessness in the Florida panhandle. Vance is a business and nonprofit leader, who carries a wealth of experience in nonprofit management, operations, and consulting.
