Engel & Völkers Continues East Central Florida Expansion with New Shop in Indialantic

| 8/10/2020

Engel & Völkers today announced its latest franchise expansion in East Central Florida with Engel & Völkers Melbourne Beachside; marking the company’s third location in the region. Local market expert, Marcie Bolt will lead the new brokerage as License Partner and Broker. Bolt is already the License Partner of Engel & Völkers Melbourne Central. According to local vernacular, "beachside" encompasses the communities of Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, Indialantic, and Melbourne Beach.

“I am thrilled to expand our bespoke services to the beachside communities of Brevard County,” said Bolt. “Since I joined Engel & Völkers two years ago, converting my independent brokerage, I have seen a tremendously positive change in my business - including increasing my average price point, decreasing my days on market and more. I look forward to sharing that growth with even more advisors and clients now.”

Engel & Völkers Melbourne Beachside will be located at 1165 N. Highway A1A, Suite A in Indialantic and is currently under renovation to transform into the Engel & Völkers shop concept. In the meantime, Bolt continues to actively recruit talented local professionals to join her team of advisors at both the Melbourne Central and Melbourne Beachside locations. A grand opening is tentatively planned for later this year.

Bolt converted her previous independent brokerage, Tropic Coast Realty, to Engel & Völkers Melbourne Central in June 2018. She has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years and prior to that had a successful career in the food and beverage industry as the owner of a local-favorite restaurant.

“We are thrilled to expand our presence in East Central Florida with Marcie,” said Timo Khammash, Managing Partner of Engel & Völkers Florida. “While focus is typically on expanding into new markets throughout Florida, we highly value the relationships we have with our License Partners and are overjoyed at their achievements - especially if it allows them to grow and expand their own business to new heights.”

East Central Florida is locally referred to as the Space Coast. The region offers 72 miles of Atlantic Ocean beaches, astronomical attractions, world-famous surfing, endless outdoor activities, and unique natural wonders. Located in the Southern part of Florida's Space Coast, Indianaltic is a quintessential beach town known for it’s family-friendly charm. The median home value in Indialantic is $447,140, where a nearly 4-percent increase has been observed over the past year.

In addition to Bolt’s two brokerages, there is a third location in the area, Engel & Völkers Melbourne Downtown owned by Ryan Fischer and Eric Mannes.
