The Port of Palm Beach’s No. 1 export market — the Bahamas — was hit in September by that nation’s worst natural disaster, Hurricane Dorian. In the four months after the storm, the cargo value of exports to the Bahamas jumped to $1.49 billion, a 278% increase compared to the same period in 2018
