Night Owl Cookies Founder Andrew Gonzalez to open flagship cookie shop in Design District last week of November
MIAMI, FL - November 14, 2019 - Miami’s chic, creative Design District neighborhood will welcome a sweet, new neighbor this month! Night Owl Cookies Founder and three-time winner of Forbes “Top Young Chefs In America” competition, Andrew Gonzalez, is bringing a vibrant, artisanal cookie experience the whole family can enjoy to South Florida.
Night Owl Cookies started on Instagram as a late-night cookie service that delivered until 2 AM every night. Today, it has evolved into Miami’s most popular cookie shop and Postmates’ #1 selling dessert in the nation. The brick and mortar cookie shop opening up in the Design District this month will be Night Owl’s flagship location spanning 600 square feet. Guests can expect to enter a colorful and unique cookie heaven as they’re warmly embraced by whimsical pink and sprinkles-filled decor, and even a few Instagrammable spots for lots of photo-opp fun!
With neighbors like Dior, Fendi, Hermes, and other renowned chefs, Gonzalez is stepping it up a few notches offering special limited-edition cookies, exciting courtyard events, and so much more! Plus, with a new location comes a larger footprint in Miami. That means delivery will now be available in neighborhoods like South Beach, Brickell, Downtown, North Miami and many more via Postmates, hellafresh from the new chic location.

The Design District Night Owl Cookies store will be located at 164 NW 41st, Miami FL 33137 inside Jade Alley and opening to the public the last week of November.
