Fall cocktails from 3 Orlando restaurants get you into the spirit of the season

Fall is officially here and nothing accompanies colorful foliage and a cool autumn breeze than a diverse list of fall seasonal cocktails from some of Orlando's top restaurants.

Try a few of these festive takes on three traditional cocktails.

Gone Apple Picking Gin & Tonic
Jaleo by José Andrés – Orlando, FL

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Hendricks gin
  • .5 oz La Gitana Manzanilla sherry
  • .25 oz Valdespino El Candado Pedro Ximenez sherry
  • 4.5 oz Fever Tree Indian tonic water
  • Garnish 2 Granny Smith apple slices
  • 1 star anise (full pod)

Smoked Maple Old Fashioned
Enzo’s Hideaway, Disney Springs – Orlando, FL

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Smoked Maple Knob Creek bourbon
  • .25 oz of cinnamon pear syrup
  • 4 dashes chocolate bitters
  • Orange-peel garnish
  • Cinnamon stick

Directions:

  • Pour 2 oz of Smoked Maple Knob Creek into mixing glass with .25 oz of cinnamon pear syrup with ice
  • Add 4 dashes of chocolate bitters
  • Stir all ingredients with stirring spoon
  • Burn tip of cinnamon stick with lighter, take rocks glass and put over burning cinnamon stick to give the glass a smokey flavor
  • Single strain cocktail into rocks glass with one big ice cube
  • Garnish with one orange peel twist and a cinnamon stick

Pumpkin White Russian
Maria & Enzo’s, Disney Springs – Orlando, FL

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz organic pumpkin spice vodka
  • .5 oz of cinnamon simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz of Borghetti espresso liquor
  • Splash of milk
  • Whipped cream
  • Graham cracker

Directions:

  • Add pumpkin spice rim to a rocks glass
  • Pour 2 oz of organic pumpkin spice vodka into the rocks glass
  • Add 1.5 oz of Borghetti espresso liquor into the glass
  • Add .5 oz of cinnamon simple syrup
  • Add a splash of milk
  • Stir in glass and then add ice
  • Top with whipped cream and graham cracker
