In between pop concerts with tried and true favorites and popular Broadway musicals, the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall will try to shake things up with programs like John Leguizamo’s “Latin History for Morons.”
Few of the shows are considered risky — Leguizamo is a Tony Award-winner — but they might be a little risqué.
