Dervech to team with Plaza Advisors
Jeff Dervech of Dervech Real Estate is pleased to announce the merger of its shopping center investment sales practice with Plaza Advisors. Dervech will be joining Jim Michalak, continuing to specialize primarily in unanchored shopping center investment product and advisory services. With over 30 years of experience, Jim Michalak is a long-standing shopping center investment sales veteran selling anchored shopping center product throughout the State of Florida. Jim and his team have directly been involved in over 250 shopping center transactions, totaling $2.5 billion.
“Merging my practice to combine powers with Jim, just seemed too natural of a fit. The synergy of both our businesses and our individual passion for the shopping center sector was very transparent throughout this process. Jim has been a mentor of mine since I graduated FSU’s Real Estate Program and entered the industry in 2010. I am really looking forward to the future as a combined force,” said Dervech.
