Jaguar Lab is Back with Chef Oscar and Guest Chef Veronica Guerra

| 7/25/2019

MIAMI, FL -- Jaguar Lab is back again to bring guests an out of this world experience! Presented by Chef Oscar Del Rivero and Jaguar Latin American Kitchen, Jaguar Lab is a monthly series where Chefs are welcome to embrace their creativity and experiment with different flavors and cuisines, where no idea is too “extra”. Chef Oscar successfully collaborates with local chefs and various cuisines to bring everyone a new and unique menu that test the limits. This culinary event will attract those that are in for a new, sensational experience, letting go of their inhibitions as these dishes will awaken their senses and taste buds.

For this month’s edition, Chef Oscar welcomes Chef Veronica to the kitchen to serve up something special for Jaguar’s guestlist. Growing up watching Julia Child and Great Chefs of the World, Veronica’s passion for cooking commenced! Her years of hosting dinner parties, practicing her cooking at home, and fantasizing about someday working in a professional kitchen, motivated Veronica to attend Johnson & Wales. After gaining experience from working for star chefs such as Norman Van Aken and Emeril Lagasse, Veronica now works in a private sector where she is able to explore her own style of cooking which is inspired by her spanish roots!

Jaguar Lab will be taking place on Friday, August 2nd, 2019 at 7:30 PM. Jaguar Latin-American Kitchen is located at: 3067 Grand Ave, Miami, FL.
