A national organization that specializes in promoting small-scale development is bringing its message to Bradenton, where it wants to encourage residents to become innovative urban infill builders themselves.
The Incremental Development Alliance wants to assist people who “see the vacant lot and say somebody should do something with that,” Matthew Petty, a city planner and elected council member in Fayetteville, Arkansas, said.
