MDO Partners, Miami

Ms. Herbello, who recently graduated from Florida International University (FIU) School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar, previously served as MDO Partners' law clerk, and now joins the firm as an attorney.  She will represent MDO clients in corporate governance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and global compliance matters. Herbello is fluent in English and Spanish and experienced in drafting contracts and policies in both languages.
