$29 million Florida condo comes with its own custom 'scent identity'

At a time when luxury-home sales are slowing, and sellers are desperately trying to distinguish their properties in an effort to attract buyers, a developer is offering a unique perk to the buyer of a two-story condominium unit in Sunny Isles Beach: Your own personal scent.

Regalia Beach Developers LLC of North Miami Beach has partnered with celebrity olfactory specialist 12.29 to offer the buyers of the $29 million Beach House at Regalia the gift of their own custom “scent identity.” 12.29 has created scents for Valentino, Patek Philippe, Nike, Mercedes-Benz and Lady Gaga.
