The pay gap for white women persists, but for black, Asian and Latina women — especially those who are mothers — the gap is even worse, a new report by the National Partnership for Women & Families says.
Asian-American women in Florida earn 75 cents on the dollar, black women 62 cents and Latinas 59 cents, according to the study.
