“It is the best place I’ve worked. The culture’s really wonderful. Everyone has been here a long time, and they’re more like my family than co-workers. We had a family picnic. Everybody got to bring out the kids. There was the bounce house and face painting. We always have events. We have ice cream socials. We just had a team wellness challenge, and my team won. They try to keep us happy because we do work in a high-stress environment. It’s very transparent. We actually have a TV that our goals are posted on and our mission and where our company is at all times.”
