“One of the big initiatives a couple years ago that I think has made a big difference is they implemented a goal alignment process, so every single person in every single department aligns with our corporate goal. It helps everyone in the office from administration to the CEO to see what they’re doing to contribute to that goal so everyone feels important and valued. It’s been a really good initiative for our group. You can see how the small things that you’re doing are moving the needle for the company. One of the things that is very valued here is training and education. They have a tuition reimbursement program if you want to get your MBA or different degrees that help support your position. We’ve had a lot employees take advantage of that.”
