The Law On Campus

Cynthia Barnett | 6/1/2006

? Miami Lakes sports and entertainment lawyer Frank Marley III has joined the faculty at Florida Atlantic University's MBA in sports management program. His core course will cover sports marketing, financing, licensing, contracts, Title IX compliance and other sports-law topics.

? Most law review articles aren't scintillating enough to lure general readership. But the most recent edition of the Stetson Law Review has generated so much interest that the university is making it available to the general public. "Reflections on and Implications of Schiavo" offers insight into the Terri Schiavo end-of-life case, from lawyers directly involved in the case to prominent scholars in constitutional law and elder law. Stetson is selling the volume at cost at law.stetson.edu/bookstore/Schiavo.
