Kitty Green

? Kitty Green was named president and CEO of the Bonita Bay Group. She replaces Dennis Gilkey, who resigned to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities.

? Fred Pezeshkan succeeds Robert Carsello as chairman of Kraft Construction. The Naples-based general contractor named John Pinholster president and promoted Senior Vice President P. Thomas Abraham to chief operating officer.

? Dale Dignum, former Tampa and central Florida president for Regions Bank, will lead First National Bank of Pennsylvania's push into the Tampa market as First National Bank.

? Fred McClure, a lawyer with DLA Piper, was named chairman of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce.

? Former Progress Energy executive Sarah S. Rogers was named president and CEO of the Tampa-based Florida Reliability Coordinating Council, which monitors the health of the state's bulk electric system.
