» Doug Mott has been appointed regional president of the Santa Rosa-Escambia area for CharterBank, which recently assumed operations of the former First National Bank of Florida. Mott was formerly First National's CEO.

» Jack McCombs, of McCombs Electric Co. in Pea Ridge, has been inducted into the Florida Home Builders Association's Florida Housing Hall of Fame. He helped develop Florida's first model energy code for residential and commercial construction.
