Nassau County School Board member Janet Adkins, Bradford County Sheriff Bob Milner and Starke resident Mark Santiago, all Republicans, have thrown their hats into the race for the Florida House District 12 seat that includes Baker, Bradford, Clay, Duval, Nassau and Union counties. Republican incumbent Rep. Aaron Bean of Fernandina Beach will leave office next year under term limits.
