Miami Dolphins Shake Up

The dismal 1-15 season for the Miami Dolphins ended with major changes in the team’s front office. Team owner Wayne Huizenga hired legendary coach Bill Parcells as executive vice president of football operations. Parcells, who has won two Super Bowls, fired general manager Randy Mueller. Additionally, assistant director of player personnel Mike Baugh and college scouting coordinator Rick Thompson left the team. Also gone: Coach Cam Cameron.
