Sculpting a Revitalization

New sculptures and improved landscaping, lighting and walkways are revitalizing a 27-year-old sculpture garden, part of Tallahassee’s vision for the Gaines Street corridor art district. The garden, within the 10-acre Railroad Square Art Park of shops and studios, will contain 13 permanent and three rotating sculptures. It was recently named the Charles Hook Sculpture Garden in honor of the Florida State University professor and nationally known sculptor who died in March.
