» Jacksonville-based multifamily management firm Finlay Management named Jeff Goldshine president, replacing founder Chris Finlay, who will remain as chairman and CEO. Goldshine had been co-founder and president of Artery Property Management based in Bethesda, Md.

» Lisa Rowe Rinaman, former policy director for the city of Jacksonville, was named St. Johns Riverkeeper, among the most powerful environmental advocates in northeast Florida. She replaces Neil Armingeon, who retired in January.

» FirstAtlantic Bank hired Timothy O'Keefe as business-development officer in Orange Park. He was market president of Ameris Bank and prior to that founding president and CEO of First National Bank.

» Traci Jenks, senior associate in the Jacksonville office of CBRE, has been named president-elect of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association, northeast Florida chapter.
