In 2024 Tiffani Lee becomes part of legal behemoth Holland & Knight’s leadership as deputy managing partner. She now chairs the management structure review committee tasked with making proposals. As diversity partner at the firm, she has helped it become a leader in engaging diverse attorneys. She is part of HK’s South Florida litigation group and has 25 years’ experience. Lee is on the Orange Bowl Committee, the Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. Bar Association board and a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami.
