At Gunster, “Florida’s law firm for business,” Elaine Bucher serves on the board, the visioning team, as managing shareholder in Boca Raton, and equity shareholder in the private wealth services group. She founded the mentoring program at Gunster. Her practice is devoted to estate planning; she represents clients with complicated and sensitive situations and has written and lectured on planning for second marriages and blended families. She is on the executive council of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.
