Coral Gables

Founded 2003 in Coral Gables, Zumpano Patricios has 50-plus attorneys in five domestic offices and 15 sites overseas. Joseph Zumpano, a health care lawyer and international litigation attorney, is known for the case Weininger v. Castro, in which almost $24 million was collected in a lawsuit against Fidel Castro, Raul Castro and the army of Cuba. He has been named a life member of the nonpartisan Council on Foreign Relations. Pro bono causes include legal representation and funding for the Gian Zumpano Aquatic Center in Miami.
