Stephen Zack

As a firmwide managing partner in Miami, Stephen Zack defines performance goals, manages client relations, represents the firm externally, sets policies, supervises the selection of partners and directs diversity efforts. As a trial lawyer, Zack represented Philip Morris; his class action cases include Takata and General Motors. He was the first Hispanic American to be president of the Florida Bar, first to be president of the ABA; he has 52 years of legal experience. The firm’s pro bono representation includes Al Gore in Bush v. Gore.
