Judd Koenig co-manages with Eli Franks nine lawyers and 16 support staff at Franks, Koenig & Neuwelt, a firm serving people hurt on the job. After graduating from the University of Florida College of Law in 2000, he represented employers and insurance companies, but since 2004 has represented only injured workers. As managing partner, Koenig fosters team-building initiatives, works to improve his own leadership skills and mentors new attorneys in workers’ compensation law. He is a member of the Lawyers for Literacy program.
