Jay Kim manages a 10-lawyer, minority-owned business litigation law firm in Fort Lauderdale that exploits the power of diverse perspectives by engaging attorneys with varied legal, social, ethnic and cultural experiences. He sets long-term goals, the strategic vision to reach them, oversees day-to-day operations and represents the firm at external events. Kim is fluent in Korean and received the President’s Award of Merit from the Florida Bar in 2021 and 2022. Pro bono he helped a single mom through four years of foreclosure proceedings.
