Donnelly & Gross, one of the state’s top firms for labor and employment law, is led by Paul Donnelly, who oversees the firm’s litigation and alternative resolution teams. He is also an arbitrator and has served as an adjunct professor teaching trial practice skills to students at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. For his pro bono work on a First Amendment victory against the University of Florida, Donnelly was named “Litigator of the Week” by The American Lawyer magazine in 2022.
